wonderful! submitted by fairytale on July 6, 2013, 9:46am I love all the books in the Cooking Light series. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking but doesn't have a lot of time. There are some really great recipes in this book.
healthy submitted by unknown on August 18, 2013, 1:15am I'm obsessed with the pasta primavera from this book! There are SO many great, low calorie recipes.... including vegetarian recipes, which are hard to find. I also really loved some of the cooking tips. Most of these recipes call for things that you probably already have in your kitchen. Clear instructions. Because the calories, fat, protein, and other health info are included for each recipe, this is great to use with weight watchers, Lose It app, and other diets where you need to count. And the recipes don't taste diety- they taste DELICIOUS. Thank you so much for this book. I hope you write a cooking light vegetarian version one day!
