Captain Nascimento has risen in his career to become the commander-in-chief of Rio de Janeiro's BOPE (Special Police Operations Battalion) and later, a populist choice as the Sub-Secretary of Intelligence. In his new post, Nascimento strengthens BOPE and cripples the drug trade even further, bringing it to its knees. But soon he comes to a sobering realization that upon doing so, he ends up aiding his true enemies: Corrupt cops and dirty politicians with major electoral interests.

much better than the usual garbage movies in this gender. submitted by Tassos on January 3, 2022, 10:02am I hope the real situation in Rio is not as god-awful as depicted in the excellent movie, which was never boring, and I saw it to the very end. Strongly Recommended. Far superior to the crap from Hollywood your diet relies almost solely on.
