I agree with the consensus. This book was good, but I liked "Matched" better. This book was slower paced than the first, therefore it didn't keep me up reading at night like the first one did. Still, we learn more about Cassia, Ky, and Xander, and are introduced to some other interesting characters as well. I'm looking forward to reading the final book of the trilogy.
The love triangle... The rest, I love. The author was an English teacher. No wonder this book is good.
This book is not as action packed as the first, it is true, but you learn a lot about the characters, and I am excited to see the culmination of all these characters and their actions. More of a thinker than a page turner.
This book wasn't as engrossing as 'Matched' was, but still a good sequel.
It's really not the best read. I agree with ColeenT, the series might go downhill from here.
Didn't really get it, but that's really what must be expected from the second book to a trilogy. Extremely boring, but I hope the third one will make it worth it
This book is really good, but the first book was better. There isn't a lot of action in it.
I loved this book too ! The third book comes out November 13 2012 it's called reached!!
It was a disappointment. This book was not as good as the first one nor was it as interesting. I feel like the series is only going to go downhill from here.
The title says it all. This book is a lot of walking around and talking.
Characters you'll care about and a story that keeps you reading and engaged, even late at night. Highly recommended - can't wait until the next one comes out!
