more gourmet than I thought it might be submitted by fairytale on July 18, 2012, 7:09pm I thought this cookbook would have lots of easy-to-make-at-home recipes with easy-to-find ingredients, but didn't find that to be the case. I didn't find any recipes I really wanted to try out.

Very talented chef submitted by dumusicgirl on August 2, 2013, 2:52pm I don't use cookbooks in general and haven't read this one but I did watch this season of Top Chef and heard Izard speak at the AADL and would recommend this book to anyone who does use cookbooks.
