Five stars! submitted by jmock on June 9, 2012, 2:28pm Very, very, very, very good. The characters are all fully developed and the author uses old stories to bring them about in a completely original way. Read it! My only problem with the book is the cover, but that doesn't matter.
dumb submitted by unknown on August 2, 2013, 9:41pm I had put the rest of the books on the 'keep and read again' shelf but after finishing this it's ruined the whole series for me and they are going to the second hand book store. I wasn't particularly keen on the end of The iron Queen but it would have been better then this!!!! Maybe if she'd just done a novella instead. The whole story just felt drawn out and Ash's point of you did not add to the series as he is just too cold and withdrawn. (spoiler alert) bringing back the ex girlfriend for me was a disaster. Anyway I can't say that I won't read whatever this author brings out next as up to this book I really enjoyed this series so I won't let one book put me off.
