Demon+Nun submitted by hanxanth on June 14, 2015, 4:40pm Chrono Crusade is an action anime that follows a nun and demon who fight against the demonic forces that are starting to stir and break into the world due to the dark aftermath of the First World War. Sister Rosette Christopher is part of the Order of Magdalene, a group dedicated to stopping and eradicating these dark threats. She, along with soul-bound her demon partner Chrono, have to take fight together to keep the world safe, while causing a bit of collateral damage in the process.

Chrono Crusade is an anime full of action and comedy, but it has a storyline that really grabs hold and goes deeper than you might expect. The bond between the impulsive and outspoken Rosette and the calm and level-headed Chrono gives for a good dynamic and it's quite enjoyable to watch as the two of them fight off the dark while strengthening their bond, a bond which came out of dark events that are revealed later in the story.
