Out of date submitted by cballard on July 20, 2015, 8:41pm This is an earlier edition of the official rules of chess published by the United States Chess Federation. There is a more recent edition (6th edition, published 2014), which includes a lot more rules dealing with modern time controls and internet chess. The new edition also describes the current USCF (and changed since the 5th edition) in detail.
