Eye-opening submitted by LauraMarie on August 1, 2019, 10:25pm This book, (written by the director of the Fair Food Network of Ann Arbor!) offers a comprehensive overview of our unsustainable and unjust food system from production to consumption and beyond. It is written clearly, and a must-read for anyone who is interested in learning more about where the food they consumes comes from, and how they can be part of creating a more just system.
