Particulars of Dickinson's life are as perplexing as some of her poems. She read voraciously and exchanged letters with a small circle of friends.
This book, no less out of the ordinary (than other Dickinson works) and original, crackles with some of the most passionate love letters ever written, addressed to a future sister-in-law. Gives you a very good picture of what Dickinson thought and her relationships.
