Not the Best

The latest Samantha mystery is not consistent with the previous mysteries--Nellie says that she has never been to Europe, but if you have read the Stole Sapphire, you know that she has.
Other than that, I find the mystery a bit bland, more manufactured than a real mystery. The ending is less than anticipated and it really isn't that well written.
If you want to read a Samantha mystery, i would recommend the Stolen Sapphire or the Mystery at Ravenscourt.
