Healthy recipes your whole family can enjoy submitted by debacker on July 26, 2016, 4:59am The book is divided into four different sections. Section 1 focuses on Single-Ingredient Purees. Section 2 focuses on Flavor Combos (recipes such as Parsnip, Pear and Fig Puree and Roasted Summer Squash with Herbs). Section 3 focuses on Foods with Texture (recipes such as Ginger Chicken with Coconut and Cauliflower Gratin). Section 4 focuses on Everyone To The Table (recipes like Sweet Potato and Blueberry Pancakes and Butternut Squash Macaroni and Cheese). The ingredients are easy to find in your local supermarket or in your own pantry. Each section lists approximate age groups appropriate for the recipes of the given section. The recipes in the last two sections include both Adult and Kid serving size amounts. I've made a handful of recipes and they were easy to follow and tasted great! The best part of the recipes of the last two sections of the book is that they require only one single pot or baking sheet! Great cookbook to check out.
