Hookers and Reformers in the Progressive Era submitted by sdunav on July 6, 2011, 8:00pm Gaslight Mystery #13, I think - there's not too much character development in this volume, but the cozy mystery (involving prostitutes and reformers) was moderately interesting. The series is set at the turn of the 20th c. in New York City (end of the Gilded Age, beginning of the Progressive Era).
