gripping and true submitted by mowjac on August 16, 2011, 7:28am I didn't expect to fall into this so deeply; it was well paced and pulled the reader along into the story. While some elements feel a bit tired, the story sweeps you into the character's lives and the many threads and priorities that encompass the US mission to Afghanistan. Gives a good overview without miring one in tragedy.
