Entertaining submitted by kgolden65 on August 25, 2012, 11:48am Such an amusing and light mystery comedy from Great Britain! Doc Martin is a surgeon afraid of blood and unable to really communicate with those in the small town he has moved to. Loved it!

Martin Clunes in a Comedic Drama submitted by Jen Chapin-Smith on July 15, 2013, 10:36am For those who love British television, "Doc Martin" will not disappoint. The show follows Doctor Martin Ellingham who has just moved from London to the tiny Cornish town of Portwenn, where he meets his quirky neighbors and becomes unexpectedly entangled in their lives. Doc Martin, as the locals insist on calling him, despite his best efforts, had to quit his successful London practice because he suddenly became afraid of blood. This poses quite a problem for someone in the medical field, but the doctor manages to scrape by an adapts to a completely different life on the seaside.

Cute submitted by crazypockets on August 18, 2013, 1:14pm This is a fun little comedy from Britain that will be great for someone looking for something light, smart, and amusing. If you like British comedy, definitely add this to your list. The characters are quirky and interesting, and the plots are cute.
