Different type of paleo/raw submitted by zackcentury on August 6, 2013, 2:17pm Most popular raw diet books focus on vegetables, or blending or soaking and pop paleo means cooked meat, just no grains or refined sugars. This diet is essentially raw fruitarian. There is not much research offered in the book, but if athletes are interested, the books does give some specific ideas about monomeals for easy digestion, acidity in fruits, and timing of meals for recovery.
