COMMUNITY REVIEWS

A great read submitted by Jen Chapin-Smith on August 23, 2012, 4:11pm Read or listen to the earlier books his Charles Stross' "The Laundry" series ("The Atrocity Archives" then "The Jennifer Morgue") before "Memorandum" so that you can understand the plot and characters.
In this edition about British government officials who secretly protect the world from the supernatural, particularly demons, our geeky hero Bob must rescue his boss. We continue to cheer for his girlfriend, the take-no-prisoners Mo, and his colleagues, a gay couple nicknamed Pinky and the Brain. The series includes a lot of geek jokes and is tremendously entertaining. I'm glad to read online that the author is writing more!
