A narcissistic pretty-boy womanizer gets a job as a drug salesman and falls for a woman suffering from early-onset Parkinson's Disease. Prognosis negative. Lots of really sophisticated Viagra jokes. Unpredictable plot development. Hilarity abounds. NOT! Anne Hathaway deserves better roles than this. Jake Gyllenhall doesn't.
