COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Gorgeous Footage submitted by aspen on July 20, 2011, 3:59pm This documentary has absolutely wonderful footage of animals and plants. A very well done and interesting documentary, it is very informative. It's also extremely dramatic, though, and whether or not this is a good thing is up to you: it has a lot of violent fight and hunt scenes, along with lots of footage of animal copulation in some episodes. While this is often very interesting, I would not recommend this for young children, as some scenes can be quite traumatizing. On a PG-13 kind of level though, this is a fantastic documentary (This review applies to the whole Life series).
