intriguing names, bland results submitted by camelsamba on July 2, 2021, 9:08pm I was intrigued by many of the names of the cookies in this book. The two I made while I had it (hazelnut gianduja chunk, and pecan penuche shortbread) were both kind of bland, not full-flavored. Perhaps they needed more salt? Also, the instructions seem overly fussy.
