quick but immersing submitted by tsartsar on October 13, 2019, 9:54pm It's a short book, and it doesn't feel like there's much of a plot; just a guy's journal documenting a 'gripping moral quandary' which draws dark thoughts and musings from all stages of his life. Though the ending is somewhat ambiguous, leaving the fate of Glas and the rest of the living characters up to the readers imagination, it makes it questionable if the story could've had any favorable outcome no matter what was done.
On the flipside, this book has tons of quotable quotes.
