awful! submitted by Brigid on December 11, 2020, 3:02pm This was the worst of the divorced family genre! This poor child. I felt so bad for her. Not only did her bio dad live in another country but her mother was getting married again. This would be traumatic for a child but the story line was only "perfect" and "Happy" and "easy". I have grandkids in this situation and there is entirely too much glossing over the pain of divorce in this genre of books for children.
