Chill Vibe submitted by Meginator on July 1, 2019, 11:00pm This album worked for me mostly as background music, but Deadmau5 frequently sneaks in moments of musical sophistication even when the tracks seem to be built on repetition. The overall vibe is very relaxing and very pleasant, even if the listening experience feels fairly ephemeral. I suppose I expected more given Deadmau5’s massive reputation, but it’s also difficult to point to any particular fault here.
