Relying on everything from a flying motorcycle and a statue that comes to life to a tree-climbing piglet and an elephant that turns up in the oddest places, Nanny McPhee uses her magic to show the children five valuable lessons, the most important of which is how to get along.

Good Family Movie submitted by brielle on July 8, 2012, 12:08pm My family often has issues finding movies that we want to watch together because my 10-yr-old sister isn't allowed to watch PG-13 movies and my other 14-yr-old sister and I normally find her picks to be boring. Our entire family managed to watch and enjoy this film. It's not perfect - the debt-collector ladies terrified me and other parts of the story were weak or just not believable - but overall it was adorable, nostalgic and entertaining. It wasn't quite as good as the original, but it was definitely worth the watch.

Cute, but the first is better submitted by cbrewster on August 7, 2018, 7:29pm The movie is cute and very appropriate for kids, but the first Nanny McPhee was way better than this one. Nanny McPhee once again finds a family in need with unruly children and an overwhelmed mother. This movie takes place during war in England. Maggie Smith and Rhys Ifans also star.
