The NEW Red Shoes submitted by breaking_glass on October 10, 2010, 1:01pm The new digitally restored Red Shoes is more beautiful than ever, super-colorful and crisp. In this new Criterion edition, Martin Scorcese (apparently a major Red Shoes fan) describes and demonstrates the restoration process. Restoring this film was well worth the painstaking effort, because The Red Shoes is a perfect film - one you will fall in love with. You just have to see it.

Moira Shearer, our heroine Vicky Page, also teams up with Michael Powell in Peeping Tom, the underrated film that ruined Powell's career for being too controversial in 1960. (Now recognized for being way ahead of its time, of course!)
