Drowning Girl submitted by marisal on August 23, 2011, 7:49pm Great comic picture.

Don't Like It submitted by jarroyo on July 28, 2013, 5:01pm I don't like this print. To me, it isn't pretty.

Way Too Disturbing to Me submitted by jgetty on June 20, 2015, 7:58am There's nothing comical about Drowning, and this picture is too disturbing to me. It's terribly depressing and terribly sad.

Cropped copy submitted by terpsichore17 on August 7, 2018, 11:38am Lichtenstein’s copied Tony Abruzzo’s comic book page “Run for Love,” but changed some elements to unify the action, removing indications of what happened prior and what might happen next. How artful that is, I don’t know; to some, it makes the wave in which she’s drowning more metaphorical – drowning in tears or emotion or difficulty rather than literal water. That's pop art for you, I guess.

Drowning Girl submitted by SBNB on August 23, 2018, 2:04pm It looks like it came from a comic book, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but this one doesn't work for me.

Comic submitted by tbbrown76 on August 31, 2018, 9:38pm Interesting you can see the tears as she's going down. A bit unrealistic, but that's art, eh? 3/5 stars.
