Conquering Fear submitted by marshd on June 23, 2011, 4:13pm I read this back in the 90s, when the first editions were out. It's part Jumanji, part horror story. Essentially, this group of friends get trapped in a game where they encounter their biggest fears. There is also a romantic aspect to the story. As I remember it, it wasn't my favorite of Smith's works, but it wasn't bad, either.
