Excellent! submitted by teri on August 4, 2018, 1:24pm Tana French's books are everything I want in a mystery: quality writing, a good story, interesting characters. The dialogue is first-rate. In Faithful Place, she introduces Frank - a cop whom one might not easily take to in real life. But you're drawn to him - his wife, kid, and the whole flawed family that he tries to keep under wraps. Great mystery! And Frank's kid Holly reappears center-stage in French's "The Secret Place".
