destruction and decay submitted by Jackie77 on August 22, 2015, 9:26pm Fascinating over-sized photo book. Tons of destruction and decay throughout Detroit. For some reason I felt the wall that said "God has left Detroit" was the saddest photo, and the building in it had the least amount of damage. Some of the buildings left to deteriorate must have been beautiful when they were being used...the architecture is gorgeous. Very sad and ghost town feelish.
