"Includes a CD featuring print-at-home patterns and templates"--Jacket.
This book covers the basics of sewing by hand or machine, along with five other time-honored crafts techniques, and step-by-step instructions for more than 150 projects. The book features two main parts to help readers brush up on the basics and take their skills to a new level. First, the Techniques section guides readers through sewing, appliqué, embroidery, quilting, dyeing, and printing. Following that, the Projects A to Z section features more than 150 clever ideas (including many no-sew projects).
Systems requirements for CD-ROM: a computer with CD-ROM drive. Patterns and templates are in .pdf format, so a .pdf reader will be needed.

Great! submitted by 0liviap0pp on July 31, 2011, 8:39pm Martha Stewart shows how to make more handicraft work!
A Crafty Book submitted by awooden on August 4, 2011, 10:31am This book is a crafty book that is beautifully laid out, but is a little skimpy on the actual construction details.
Martha does it again submitted by nsvinicki on July 24, 2018, 10:32am For anyone who loves Martha Stewart, it's definitely worth a look. The book is skimpy on step by step intructions, in does have a tendency to gloss over fine details. It's really better if you have a little bit of crafting or sewing experience so you can fill in the blanks. I really think her stuff is written for crafters and sewers and she expects you to make some leaps. Not big ones in construction, but small ones in technique.
