COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Inspiring submitted by jjdijkstra81 on July 11, 2012, 4:59am Benicio Del Toro did a phenominal job cast as Che. Part 1 was a success story and inspired me. Part 2 made me sad....I won't tell you more, you'll have to see if for yourself.

The movie is utter garbage and unwatchable, really silly. What is worth of these 3 DCs is the PART of disc 3 with REAL Docs. submitted by Tassos on January 23, 2022, 11:49am I started watching the first disc, (part 1) and could not stand the juvenile presentation. Really ridiculous.

I skipped the second CD. I know SPielberg well, I loved his fairy tales like "Jaws", but, with the possible exception of Schindler's list, the clown can't make a SERIOUS movie that does not insult our intelligence. Maybe he hates to watch his own movies himself, but still makes them dumb, because the vast majority of the viewers are just as dumb.

Of the 3 CDs, the only valuable part is about half of the third cd, which I am watching now, which has ACTUAL BLACK AND WHITE DOCUMENTARIES of CHe's death, the trial of Regis Debrais, etc.

Del Toro has a striking resemblance to the Real Che (in the face), but of course this is not enough if the movie script and direction are as dumb as they are.

The guy playing Castro looks much less similar to the real thing.
