Amazing Book

The art is amazing, the plot is amazing, everything about this book is amazing! Sad it is still ongoing!

Amazing and beautiful.

This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite manga. The art is gorgeous, the plot has a good mix of sinister and humorous, and it is just, overall, one hell of a (demonic) manga. I find the manga to be much preferable to the anime, which seems to go off on wild tangents (that Queen Victoria stuff? Really? And I'm not even going to mention season two.) Though there are historical inaccuracies (some rather random and quite obvious, such as a TV appearing) and the translators don't quite seem to have a grasp on titles, it is a fascinating manga and well worth anyone's time to read.

Slow Start, but Sinister

This series, admittedly, starts off rather boring: Vacuous dinner parties; a butler who has to make sure everything is set for social engagements and who is always, seemingly, perfect. Then, near the end of the first volume, it turns suddenly sinister and you understand. This is a horror manga, and in that vein it succeeds brilliantly. You just have to give it a little time to get going.

He's a Hell of a Butler

This has to be one of the most beautiful manga I have ever read. The artwork is absolutely stunning and the storyline is fascinating. I really enjoyed the designs of the characters, especially Ciel Phantomhive and Sebastian Michaelis his demonic (and downright sexy) butler. This is a must for all fans of gothic manga like Godchild, Angel Sanctuary, and others.
