A Pleasant Semi-Fantasy submitted by Jan Wolter on August 12, 2013, 10:41pm This book is full of magic, but curiously enough there is also a fair amount of science and some literature (Emerson is much quoted). The story, about a teenager who must solve the mystery of what is wrong with her magical rhubarb farm and find self-confidence enough to do what needs to be done to save it, is not exactly new, but it's pretty well done and gets quite exciting toward the end. The characters are interesting - the villains not entirely villainous, and the good guys not without their faults. Worth reading if you like things weird.
Truly amazing and has tons of suspense! submitted by zoe.dvh on June 21, 2015, 6:53pm This book will have you on the edge of your seat for sure- and in a good way. This book is very interesting and is beautifully written. This is one of the best books I have ever read!
