Alternate History and an Alternate Space Program submitted by cherylo on June 27, 2012, 7:23pm This radio drama adaptation of a story by Stephen Baxter considers the ways in which the space program may have been different if JFK had survived but been wounded instead of being killed in Dallas. The action takes a different path through aeronautical history than the one we are familiar with, working toward a manned mission to Mars. Excellent sound design and production enhance the experience. A very tough and understated drama, I would not recommend it for school-age listeners at all.
