COMMUNITY REVIEWS

okay submitted by manz on May 4, 2010, 7:24pm I was watching this movie, and following along, and enjoying the funny narrator, and all was well. Then I fell asleep with about 30 mins left, and when I woke up I realized I really didn't care too much for the film, and had no urge to rewind the dvd and see how it ended.

Quirky submitted by CasualTim on August 30, 2010, 11:35pm I think I'm in the minority in finding this film pretty entertaining. Mark Kermode says "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind" (which I have yet to see) is the same idea only done well, but I found the pacing of "The Informant!" to really work for me. It made me laugh and kept me interested. I reserve the right to revise after I rush to see 'Confessions.'

well? submitted by lekendrick on August 26, 2011, 9:00pm I'd kept waiting for this one be some thing more than Matt Damon doing a character study, but it doesn't do that! Although in honesty he fits the role & seems enjoy the Bostonian inside rubbing against some traditional far mid-western archetype...

A Little Information submitted by Fevvers - STAR473 on July 11, 2015, 3:57am The Informant! stars an amusingly schlub-ified Matt Damon as a would-be whistleblower trying to be an informant on unscrupulous agri-business practices reporting to the government. The problem is, he thinks he's much better at it than he is. It's much more entertaining than it sounds. Worth watching if you want something fairly light.

Okay?? submitted by c_zhang on July 5, 2019, 12:26am It wasn't that entertaining, but I was able to make it through the film, so that's a plus.
