Good start to the series submitted by ValerieL on June 20, 2013, 11:52am I enjoyed this first book in the Lucy Valentine series. Poor Lucy feels a bit out of place because she doesn't have the same psychic talents as the rest of her family. However, by the end of the book, she comes to realize that the talents she *does* have can be just as useful in other ways.

I'm excited to see if the second book is as good as the first. Sometimes I find that I really enjoy the first book of a series but then the rest of the series just doesn't match up, so I'm excited to start the second book this afternoon and see if it's just as good.
