Originally released as a motion picture in 2009.
Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin.
In a world that has become overrun with zombies, two men must figure out how to survive. Wimpy Columbus is afraid of his own shadow, while Tallahassee is the biggest, baddest, gun-toting zombie-slayer who ever lived. When they meet two sisters, Wichita and Little Rock, the four strike out for an amusement park that is said to be zombie-free. This mismatched group will have to rely on each other to survive, which could be worse than surrendering to the zombies.
Blu-ray disc, widescreen (2.40:1) presentation; Dolby Digital 5.1 surround, 1080p High Definition.
This Blu-ray disc will not play in standard DVD players.

Introducing the Zom-Com submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2021, 9:44am This is a horror-comedy that isn’t really about the horror at all but, rather, it’s about the (living) people who populate its zombie apocalypse and the ways in which we individually and collectively cope with trauma. It’s also about killing a lot of zombies in often hilarious ways. The film’s quartet of survivors has excellent chemistry, even when their paths diverge, and each brings something unique to the table, making them (much to their chagrin) an effective team. Though the violence and gore aren’t really the point, the film has plenty of both, primarily in a few outstanding set pieces that make full use of their settings. The film has a great sense of humor to it that distinguishes it from other zombie movies, even as it sticks to a number of familiar conventions. But hey, why can’t the zombie apocalypse be fun? In Zombieland, it is.

Very fun submitted by RebeccaWittekindt on August 10, 2023, 9:39pm This movie was a blast. Woody Harrelson is at his best, and the whole cast is fun to watch. Great mayhem, one of the best zombie movies since Shawn of the Dead.
