Hide-and-seek submitted by FordAlpha on August 14, 2018, 9:29pm The "Fly Guy" books are well constructed, humorous stories for beginning readers. It's easy to sympathize with quirky young Buzz, the boy who keeps a fly for a pet. Here, Fly Guy gets lost while playing hide-and-seek; Buzz tracks him to the town dump, only to discover that it's awfully hard to tell one fly from another. Fortunately, the real Fly Guy triumphantly reveals himself. Like most of the "Fly Guy" stories, the plot has just the right amount of tension to keep an early reader engaged but not frustrated.
