Cooking of Ireland submitted by i'm a blobfish on June 27, 2019, 10:37pm I really like the simple dishes with a complex flavor from this book. So many to chose from too! And as the book is about country cooking, a lot of the ingredients are cheap and easy to find. Includes a lot of meat, not recommended for primary vegetable diets.
