Full of fantastic slow cooker recipes. My family enjoyed everything we have made from this book so far. Great way to cook beans w/o a lot of effort.

Lots of variety, some easier than others. I love the ones that you dump all ingredients in the morning then forget them til dinner. So good!
My favorites: Korean black beans, Thai potato curry, cauliflower enchiladas
