Great movie submitted by Pareenaz9 on June 27, 2011, 11:00am I really liked this movie and made me almost scream out loud at some parts of the movie. The second one is great too!

Scary submitted by markwells on August 5, 2011, 4:12pm There were some very creepy scenes. The makers of this movie proved you don't have to spend a lot of money to scare people.

cool submitted by buttercupsmiley on August 7, 2011, 4:39pm something is in the house

boring submitted by esgzn1 on August 18, 2011, 10:38am It is so fake. I cannot stand watching it.

Terrifying! submitted by crazypockets on July 15, 2013, 5:52pm I really got into this one, and I think it's probably the scariest movie I've ever seen. It's brilliantly crafted psychologically in that there is absolutely no escape or way out for the people you're watching (and in a way, yourself). There was such a slow build, the ending really takes you by surprise with the last 20 or so minutes of pure suspense. Much as I would like to, I can't bring myself to watch the sequels....

On the edge of my couch... submitted by KOH on August 2, 2017, 4:09pm It's crazy what a tiny budget, unknown actors, and a small set can result in... This was a super intensely suspenseful movie, and I didn't even mind the slow pace. It just proves how a decent director can use very little to incite a response from the viewer.

Great Found Footage Movie submitted by frdozzi on August 24, 2023, 10:18pm This movie proves that you don't need a big budget to make a good movie, and that you don't always need a "reveal" for the story to be scary. The setting is claustrophobic and the atmosphere is very tense. While the pace is slow at times, that just reinforces the tension.

The sequels build on the overall story, although The Marked Ones & The Ghost Dimension should be treated more like more like spin-offs, than actual sequels.
