Light Horror / Comedy Manga submitted by Brad B. on December 6, 2010, 11:59am Rin-Ne is the newest manga from Rumiko Takahashi, the creator of such series as Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2. This reads to me like some cross between Bleach and Inuyasha with a bit of comedic romance thrown in. A girl who sees spirits and a boy who hunts them down...in anyone else's hands this premise might seem cliche, but Takahashi spins it in an original way. Everything in heaven costs...money. So, Rinne has to charge for his services, and Sakura has to keep him from being to greedy. It gets expensive to procure all the ritualistic props needed to send a spirit on to the next life. And, if you get in debt you could end up in hell. This is not an earth shattering series, but it's funny, and light, and enjoyable to read.
