Mmmm cookies

Another great dessert book from Isa and Terry. As with all of their books, the recipes in here are fairly simple (they will tell you if a recipe is complicated) with easy-to-find ingredients. This book also contains good tips and tricks on cookie baking.

This book is FULL of amazing cookie recipes. Vegan cookies. Dairy free cookies. 100 recipes of goodness done in typical Moskowitz & Hope style. Great descriptions and pictures. Great information on substitutes and quick fixes for cookies that don't come out as you wish. No crazy ingredients required.
