Judging the book by its cover submitted by chakumar on October 30, 2019, 10:30am :) I havent read the book, but have read its table of contents with great interest as well as a few sampler pages (available in google books). It situates running almost to the level of meditation, a personal mind body connect in a dynamic setting...arguably more appealing than sit-down meditations...at least to some of us runners whose motivation for running is not so much athletic as a physical aesthetic. Cant wait to read the entire book...
