As a science fiction fan, I'm always disappointed when shows such as "Supernatural" fail to rise above the sexist stereotypes of the genre. This show does have some interesting plotlines, but for the most part it is about violence and machismo. It's OK to watch if you just want to veg out, but it's not my favorite.
