This book combines history, science, anthropology, and archaeology to discover information about 17th century people who lived in Virginia and Maryland. The author explains concepts and techniques clearly while describing what the researchers did, how they did it, and why. The words combine with many photos to explain what the researchers found and what those discoveries mean.
This is a wonderful book.
