Great read! submitted by battlem on July 8, 2011, 10:48am This outstanding biography is actually an interesting read, as well as highly informative. The unbiased biography shows you the life of P.T. Barnum, warts and all. His successes and failures are addressed, as well as his positive qualities and detriments. It is even pointed out how his ego was equally responsible for much of his success, and much of his trouble when it came to both his business and personal life. In addition to Barnum himself, we are introduced to the "cast of characters" who were featured at his museum. Highly recommended for upper grade readers through adults.
