I absolutely love this series. I consider myself a really harsh critic when it comes to books, especially pop books, but I just love how spunky and fun Charlaine Harris's writing is, even if it's not the highest quality ever. The story lines are a little contrived and the books get more and more ridiculous throughout, but this is escapism at its finest. The book on tape narrator really brings the story alive. I've read all of the books and am currently listening to them all again, just because listening to the narrator is so much fun!
