Great Show! submitted by brady.emmett on August 1, 2011, 6:51pm Lost Season Four begins a new chapter in the Lost saga. We learn early on that six of the survivors have managed to get off the island, and it is slowly revealed who and what happens to them as they adjust to non-Island life. The freighter crew arrive and quickly cause problems. The science team quickly integrate with the survivors, while the commandos cause problems and kill people. The problems from Season Three are long forgotten, leading to a strong sprint towards the final resolution. By my opinion, the best episode of the entire series is "The Constant," just one part of a very strong season.

Sayid and Desmond confront Ben's spy on the freighter: Michael. Flashbacks show how Michael got from New York to the freighter, including his suicide attempts and deal with the Others. Ben sends Alex, accompanied by Karl and Danielle, to a Temple on the island where they will supposedly be safe, but they are attacked on the way, and Karl and Danielle are killed.
"The Shape of Things to Come"
A team of mercenaries from the freighter attacks Locke's group at the barracks. The leader of the team, Keamy, takes Alex hostage and eventually kills her. In flashforwards, Ben recruits Sayid as his assassin and confronts Widmore.
"Something Nice Back Home"
Sawyer, Miles and Claire make their way back to the beach camp from the Barracks, but Claire disappears in the night with her deceased father. Meanwhile, Jack falls ill with appendicitis and the survivors work together to save him. In flashforwards, Jack's life begins to fall apart as he starts taking pills and his relationship with Kate becomes strained.
"Cabin Fever"
Locke, Ben and Hurley journey to Jacob's cabin, where Locke is informed that they have to move the island. After returning to the freighter, the mercenaries stage a mutiny. In flashbacks, Locke is shown to have always been destined to become the next leader of the island.
