COMMUNITY REVIEWS

great series submitted by pamhockey25 on August 25, 2011, 4:13pm The second in the three Darkest Powers paranormal books aimed at young adults. In this story, Chloe, Tori, Derek, and Simon are on the run after escaping the Edison Group. Deception, betrayal, and romance, are explored in the novel. The character development is outstanding, and the situation of what life is like for a teenager on the streets is described realistically. Chloe matures as she deals with the situations she finds herself in. Definitely, though, read The Summoning first! Recommended!

Great! submitted by alumeng.ajl on July 17, 2012, 7:29pm This was so good! I was expecting the series to slow down in the middle, like a lot of other series'. But it didn't. There was a lot of character development, and a lot happened in 357 pages. This was just as good as the first book, which I was not expecting.
