Following blue whales from CA to Costa Rica submitted by vk on January 4, 2011, 1:53pm A longish (96 min) trek following blue whales from the waters off CA to the Costa Rica Dome in winter to verify whether blue whales feed and mate there in the winter, and then come back to give birth there. While Tom Selleck is an able narrator, the script could be tightened to quicken the pace. But the star of the show is the relatively elusive and absolutely magnificent blue whale. Check it out.
